These notifications are intended exclusively for authorized recipients, including designated HDE personnel and approved contacts associated with client or partner environments.
Partner Connect SMS Alerts are operational notifications only. They are not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional communications.

Depending on the systems and processes being monitored, recipients may receive notifications regarding:

Enrollment and Consent
Participation in Partner Connect SMS Alerts is limited to authorized individuals who have been designated to receive operational notifications. Recipients must provide their mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS notifications before messages are sent.
Authorized recipients are enrolled only after they are designated to receive Partner Connect operational alerts and provide a mobile telephone number for that purpose. Before SMS notifications are enabled, the recipient is provided the Partner Connect SMS consent disclosure and must affirmatively agree to receive operational text messages from Health Data Engineering. Consent is recorded as part of the enrollment process before SMS notifications are sent.
