By enrolling in the program, you agree to receive operational SMS notifications in accordance with these terms.
Program Description
Partner Connect is an operational monitoring platform that helps organizations monitor automated jobs, system interfaces, integrations, and other critical processes.
The Partner Connect SMS Alerts program provides text-message notifications related to monitored system activity and operational events.
Messages may include:
- Automated job or process failures
- System interface or integration errors
- Service interruptions or system issues
- Monitoring alerts requiring attention
- Recovery or resolution notifications
- Other relevant operational events
This program is intended solely for operational communications and does not include marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.
Eligibility and Participation
Partner Connect SMS Alerts are available only to authorized recipients designated to receive operational notifications.
Eligible recipients may include Health Data Engineering personnel and approved contacts associated with client or partner organizations.
Enrollment is limited to individuals authorized to receive notifications related to the systems or processes being monitored.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on monitored system activity, operational conditions, and the configuration of alert notifications.
Messages are triggered by relevant system events and are not sent according to a fixed schedule.

Health Data Engineering is not responsible for messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out
You may cancel your participation in Partner Connect SMS Alerts at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply:
STOP
to any Partner Connect SMS Alert.
After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive notifications from this SMS program unless you subsequently provide renewed consent.

Health Data Engineering reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Connect SMS Alerts program or update these Terms and Conditions as operational needs or applicable requirements change.
